Interpretation:
Interpret and choose two amino acids expected to have hydrophobic side chain and two amino acid with hydrophillic side chain.
Concept Introduction:
Protein is a long chain of polypeptide in which number of amino acids are linked to each other to produce a structure known as protein.
Each amino acid consist of carboxyl end and amino group which are joined through peptide linkage to produce dipeptide, tripeptide and polypeptide according to number of amino acids linked to each other.
Polarity of chain depends on the difference in electronegativity of the atom such as with the electronegativity, the polarity can be observed.
