Summary Introduction
The eukaryotic cells consist of well-defined nucleus along with the membrane-bound organelles. Endosymbiosis is a process in which two types of organisms live in co-existed manner which explains the evolution of the eukaryotes from the typical prokaryotic cell. The secondary endosymbiosis refers to a phenomenon in which the products formed during the primary endosymbiosis are retained and engulfed by the eukaryotic cells.
