Input-Output Analysis A simplified economy is based onagriculture, manufacturing, and transportation. Each unit of agricultural output requires .4 unit of its own output, .3 unit of manufacturing output, and .2 unit of transportation output. One unit of manufacturing output requires .4 unit of its own output, .2 unit of agricultural output, and .3unit of transportation output. One unit of transportation output requires4 unit of its own output, .1 unit of agricultural output, and .2 unit ofmanufacturing output.
