The Following is an example run of an educational program for
school children. The program help kids to practice their
additions and subtraction skills.
Your task is to develop a program that can achieve the same
exact thing. Bear in mind the following important guidelines:
- The user may choose between additions and subtractions
- The user may choose the difficulty level (easy, medium,
hard)
- The program should display 5 questions and calculate the
total score
- No two questions should be the same

Hide Assignment Information Instructions The civil engineering department has asked you to write a program to compare three different designs of water towers shown in the diagrams below. The water towers are a cylinder topped with a half sphere. The engineers want to find the design that has the highest volume. The radius of the sphere and the radius and height of the cylinder for each of the three projects will need to be input by the user.
The formula for the volume of a Sphere is:V = 4/3 π r3The formula for the volume of a Cylinder is:V = π r2 h
Write two functions that will calculate the volume of a sphere and a cylinder respectively. Then, use these functions to write a program that will find the design with the largest volume.
Hint: Remember that the tower only consists of a half sphere.
Microwaves / Radio Waves
If a scientist knows the wavelength of an electromagnetic wave she can determine what type of
radiation it is. Write a program that asks for the wavelength in meters of an electromagnetic
wave and then displays what that wave is according to the following chart. (For example, a
wave with a wavelength of 1E-10 meters would be an X-ray.)

- **using C# and Visual Studio design a program to satisfy the below problem** Create an application that generates a random number in the range of 1 through 100 and asks the user to guess what the number is. If the user’s guess is higher than the random number, the program should display “Too high, try again.” If the user’s guess is lower than the random number, the program should display “Too low, try again.” If the user guesses the number, the application should congratulate the user and then generate a new random number so the game can start over. Optional Enhancement: Enhance the game so it keeps count of the number of guesses that the user makes. When the user correctly guesses the random number, the program should display the number of guesses.arrow_forwardc++ code Stock Commission Kathryn brought 750 shares of stock at a price of $35.00 per share. She must pay her stockbroker a 2 percent commission for the transaction. Write a program that calculates and displays the following: The amount paid for the stock alone (without the commission). The amount of the commission. The total amount paid (for the stock plus the commission). Annual Pay Suppose an employee gets paid every two weeks and earns $2,200 each pay period. In a year, the employee gets paid 26 times. Write a program that defines the following variables: payAmount This variable will hold the amount of pay the employee earns each pay period. Initialize the variable with 2200.0 payPeriods This variable will hold the number of pay periods in a year. Initialize the variable with 26. annualPay This variable will hold the employee’s total annual pay, which will be calculated. Your program should display the following menu of alternatives: Please type 1 for "first class" Please type 2 for "economy" If the person types 1, then your program should assign a seat in the first class section (seats 1-5). If the person types 2, then your program should assign a seat in the economy section (seats 6-10). Your program should then print a boarding pass indicating the person's seat number and whether it is in the first class or economy section of the plane. Use a single-subscripted array to represent the seating chart of the plane. Initialize all the elements of the array to 0 to indicate that all seats are empty.
