Reasons for infertility in males:
- Change in size, structure, and shape of sperm and semen.
- Abnormalities in the production of male hormones such as testosterone.

Reasons for infertility in females:
- Altered hypothalamus leads to hormonal imbalances.
- Improper functioning of hypothalamus or anterior pituitary.
- Malfunctions in ovaries.
- Abnormalities or obstruction in fallopian tube.
- Change in the pH of vagina.
- Smoking.
