Chapter 16, Problem 16.3.5AYLO
Summary Introduction
To describe:
Two adrenergic receptors and their effects.
Introduction:
The adrenergic receptor is also termed as adrenoceptors divided into alpha and beta receptors that belong to G-protein coupled receptor class and targeted the catecholamines; epinephrine and norepinephrine. The binding of catecholamine to these receptors causes activation of the sympathetic nervous system, in other words, its works on a fight-or-fight response.
