To explain: Whether cell phone technology be of use in rural areas.
Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
Mobile or cell phone technology has become something of a necessity for both rural and urban areas at present in the era of technology and development. Mobile technology has started as an excellent technology success, but it is now transitioning into user comfort technology. In rural areas, cell phones are used to improve the literacy rate and facilitate education. Despite this fact, the technology valued by rural people in developing countries is in contrast with the technology valued by people in advanced countries.
The basic need for survival in advanced countries is already available. However, technological solutions in developing countries are often limited to basic needs like food, shelter, electricity, etc. As such, technology that would fulfill the basic needs of the people would be valued more rather than access to the internet or cell phone. Improving the basic healthcare services and medical would help the people of rural countries to survive and improve their quality of life.
Conclusion:
Hence, improving technology for the supply of basic needs would be more helpful for people in rural areas.
