Concept Introduction:Deciding the location of the office/service /manufacturing/education center for any new unit is a strategic decision which once taken and implemented, cannot be undone. This is a long term decision taken on the basis of many factors-quantitative and non-quantitative. Mathematical modelling can also be very useful for such decisions.
