DNA polymerases are basically the enzymes that are responsible for synthesizing the molecules of DNA from the building blocks of DNA, which are the four deoxyribonucleotides (A, C, G, and T). These are vital for the replication of DNA and generally work in pairs in order to give rise to two replicas of DNA strands from one original DNA molecule.
