Hi everyone! I’m Emma Keaschall, Kala’s sister and I just want to say thank you to everyone for coming out today! It’s such a pleasure to be able to celebrate this special day with all of Kala and Doug’s friends and family. My sister and I, have a lot of memories together most of which are too long to share today but whether she knows it or not, she’s always been a role model to me. She’s proven that patience is the key to happiness and if one day I can be as happy as she is today, that’s good enough for me. So, full disclosure, I Googled a lot of maid of honor speech examples. The two options I kept finding over and over again were to start off with a quote or some advice. I did some research and I couldn’t find any quote that is thought was
I’m currently sitting in my room thinking about how great these two weeks with you were. Thank you so much for all the memories and fun times. I will always hold them very close to me. My god, it has only been a couple hours since you left and I already miss you so much. You have made me immensely happy, I cannot express that enough. I only hope to make you as happy as you make me. I know we are both still young, but no matter what happens or where life takes us, I know for a fact that I will always love you. You have taught me so much and I will forever be grateful for that.
Hello, everybody! Merry Christmas! Mele Kalikimaka! Happy New Year! Happy Hanukkah! We just want to -- hope you guys are having a great holiday. And it is wonderful to see all of you.
Good morning Aphrodite. I may not have much to say, and I'm sorry for that, but the stuff I do have to say.. I hope it'll make you smile.
His eyes were glued to the remote dimple on the side of her cheek. It was his way of containing the boyish grin that illuminated his face when she spoke. He stared adoringly, until Jinora's hand found the top of his. Kai stepped forward and he took a fortifying breath.
Good morning baby! I just wanted to give you something cute to wake up to, so here i am. I really hope that this will be able to put a smile on that cute face of yours. You are so unbelievably caring and kind and just flat out amazing. You deserve so much more than what you actually receive but then again, you are so young and you have such an amazing life ahead of you and hopefully, i will be able to see it as well. You just need to keep doing what you love and no matter what happens or whatever it may be, i’ll always be here for you. Not a day that passes by that i don’t feel blessed to have you. This is going to sound corny but i honestly do think that us meeting again may have been fate. I don’t like to think about what happened between us 6 months ago but i don’t want to ignore it because it happened and nothing can change that. But the point is, is that my love grew for you. And it continues to grow. Every single day when i talk to you i feel so complete and i feel like i really found the one. My love grows for you more and more every time that we talk.
Good afternoon y’all. How are you. So I have never publicly spoke in front of a crowded so hopefully you will bare with me and help me get through this. So i'm going to be talking for a little while and I am going to need you to be quiet for a little while so let's all scream now so you won't talk during my speech. . scream on the count of 3 1-2-3 ahhhhhhh. Alright now that that is out of the way. Now you are probably wondering why I am out here.. Have you ever had something laying heavy on your heart. I have and that lead me to come out and speak to you guys today about multiple things. I feel as us as a student body when speakers come and talk to us about bullying, suicide, rape, abuse, ect. We think that things like that do not happen in
I payed a freshman to write mine last night, so I hope it turned out really cool.
Congratulations to all of the line officers, and officers! I know that you will go on to do great things during this term!
I am beyond grateful for the offer that I was given yesterday and cannot thank you enough for the opportunity. I have learned a tremendous amount about myself throughout this process and I appreciate the hospitality given by all that were involved. I enjoyed getting to know Dr. Miller and his wife Teri who both are committed to excellence in their business. I thought it was great that I was given the opportunity to experience what the work environment is like at Total Health.
You've made preparations for your dream wedding; that fairytale wedding ceremony befit for only royalty, because you are. You have made bridal arrangements to take the first step on this wonderful journey called marriage. You
On January 18, 2017, I took a seat at the Performance Arts Center to attend the “2017 Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration,” also known as “MLK, Jr. Guest Speaker, Nikki Giovanni”. The bubbly excitement in the air rubbed off me; my interest increased as I awaited the speaker to come. I still expected some type of lecture centered on the current racial status quo, sprinkled with talk of the Black Lives Matter movement. Quite frankly, I was completely wrong. After a slide show of MLK, Jr. and the Civil Rights movement played and a few quick speeches were given, Mrs. Giovanni--an activist, an educator, and a poet--strolled out onto the stage and immediately enraptured her audience’s attention with her outgoing personality and her amazing humor.
Thank you for participating in the call Tuesday morning. It brought much more clarity to the Project. I do not believe we need to have a meeting today, however I would like to add some notes from last night.
I also think it's a major advantage to not have to worry about what your parents think, because they chose the person for you. I've known about couples that don't get married because their parents just don't agree, either because their partner isn't the same religion or because of other differences.
To my Mum, thank you for your everlasting support and love. If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t have played my first open mic or shared any of my own songs. Also, thanks for getting on my case whenever I was procrastinating on this project! You're a top Mum!
First off, thank you for the lovely card and the gift. It really meant a lot to me to hear you say such nice thoughts about my work and my time here. And, rest assured, the coffee will be put to good use this fall with plenty of #PSLs!
