Yearly evaluation measures the extent to which disease or treatment has been affected the patients' normal life activity. There are the following domain to evaluate-
- Physical functioning: it includes evaluation of vital signs, tolerance, and the degree to perform the daily activities of life, range of motion of the body.
- Psychological status: it involves mental status examination to rule out depression or anxiety related to a disease condition or prolonged hospitalization and separation from the family.
- Social functioning: assessment of social interaction and involvement in social activities.
- Disease and treatment-related symptoms: it includes head-to-toe examination, routine investigations, and assessment for signs and symptoms of complication and evaluation of the outcome treatment.
