- zero can not count as a significant number if it place before the decimalpoint and no other integer present before the decimal point
- if the fraction part is start with zero then that zero before the integer number can not be claculate as significant number .
- all non zero interger after the decimal point is considered as the significant number
- after the decimal point all zero between two non zero integer considers as significant number
- zero at the end of the fraction part is considered after the non zero integer considered as a significant number
