On October 12th, I made a purchase for a tablet
pc and a charger both of which were expected
to be delivered promptly. However, I have yet
to receive the tracking number email, even
though the items have already been delivered.
Furthermore, the delivery itself was delayed
by two weeks, causing inconvenience and
frustration. To my dismay, upon receiving the
package, I discovered that the tablet pc had a
visible crack running down the middle (refer
to the attached photo), rendering it unusable.
Additionally, the charger, which was supposed
to be included in the order, was missing
entirely. This lack of attention to detail and
quality control is highly disappointing,
especially considering the exceptional service
I have received from the in-store staff during
previous purchases.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but as
a valued customer, I trust that SuperSonic will
take immediate action to rectify these issues
and provide a satisfactory resolution. I believe
