What strengths have other people commented on about you and your accomplishments? What strengths do you see in yourself?
People have told me I'm dedicated and a hard worker. I feel my strengths are im very good at strategizing and understanding my personal abilities. Hard work isn't a strength to me it is an option you have. I feel I also a good work ethic. I watched a motivation video where will smith said: “with my sickening work ethic you will never outwork me.” I want to have the ability to work the way I do and prove to people how capability I truly am and to not judge me from the outside, get to know me then judge me.

My family and some friends say I have a weakness in I hold onto grudges and don't forgive people for things they have done. I do feel this is a weakness I do have for some reasons I'm trying to fix. 3.) I love to stay active which includes swimming and golf. Values: accomplishments, health, advanced, education, freedom,
I like to read books, play games with my son and go for walks. My main interest in life, apart from my family, is working in Health and Social care as I have a real passion for helping people and helping them overcome any problems they may have, no matter how big or small.
Personally I believe that I am organised, I always carry round a diary, where I note down important dates and deadlines, and therefore allowing me to manage my time more efficiently. Another strength that I have is that I know how to operate a computer and I know how to use a computer effectively, at GCSE I got a B in my exam in Information and Technology, therefore giving me an advantage compared to someone who do not know how to use the computer. I also believe that I am confident, and that I have courage and the ability to speak to new people and adapt myself to a new environment without feeling uncomfortable. As well as that, I am also able to work in a group, where I can listen to my members in my group as well as voice my own opinion.

1.What is one short term goal you have on your agenda to achieve in the next couple of weeks to a month?
What I did this summer. That`s a good question to be honest, I did a lot of things that were considered fun for me, like shopping, hanging out with my family, hanging out with my friends, going to the beach, the water park and much more. But I will only break it down to two or three of my favorite things I did this Summer, so stick around to see what my favorite things about this Summer were.
Another hobby of mine is playing baseball. I play for Exton Little League and I also started playing at the age of five. My third hobby is playing outside. Whenever it is a beautiful, sunny day I make sure that I get outside. When I am outside, I usually throw a football around with my brother or neighbor. My hobbies allow me to take my mind off of school and have fun. When school ended in June of last year, I was ecstatic because I knew I was going to go on numerous vacations. The first thing I did over the summer was go on a mission trip to New York. This was a new experience for me since I am extremely shy and it pushed my comfort zone. While in New York, my group worked in Astoria, Queens, where we tiled floors and stained wooden floors. At first I thought that the mission trip would be boring, but I had fun and met new people. Another thing I did during the summer was travel to Lake Placid, New York, for a hockey camp. I stayed in Lake Placid for a week where all we did was skate. Although very tiring, the
So when you’re not busy, what do you like to do in your free time?
My most outstanding quality is my ability to handle adversity. Adversity is something that comes at different times and in different sizes. One common theme is that adversity/obstacles always happen when you do not expect it. My ability to take obstacles as they come and handle them responsibly and in a mature manner, is what makes me a strong person/leader. My characteristic that I perceive as my personal weakness is being too closed off. I do not make decisions using my emotions, instead I use logic and reasoning. This is not always a good thing when dealing with people, and it is something that I am capable of working on and improving. In my experience, being closed off is not something you change in a blink of an eye. In order to compensate
My current strengths include; my honesty and passion towards my work. I have always been positive and confident regarding my aims and targets. Along with these, I am a good decision maker, due to which I can make right and quick decisions. Moreover, I have ability to motivate others and do team work. I am also a responsible person, when I make a target; I work day and night to achieve my goal.
When it comes to who I am in my career, a few of my strengths shine through more than others. For example, I put everything I have in to my work and into my career, and looking back at how I’ve worked in the past compared to now, I see my strengths restorative and developer.
While I definitely have more strengths than weaknesses, I do consider myself to have three weaknesses in my attributes. My weaknesses would include: Impatient, Shy and Reluctant. When working on a project, I can become a little impatient if the other group members are not pulling their weight properly or waiting till the last minute to do things. According to Melody Fletcher’s How To Overcome Impatience article, “Impatience is a response to fear”. I have a strong desire to control not only the outcome, but also how that outcome will come about and being impatient causes stress for myself because of the fear of failure. It can be somewhat irritating to work so hard on a project to have other group members conduct themselves in a manner that is unprofessional or not up to our higher education degree standards. I have managed to work on this weakness by knowing that every individual works at a different pace and levels of proficiency. I can be pretty shy when working in a group setting. While I try not to be reserved or nervous, I tend to sit back in listen during the first few group project meetings. I have worked on this weaknesses over my time at Full Sail University, by being more proactive in the group setting and taking control of either being the
My personal strengths are that I am a keen learner and organized person because like Benjamin Franklin I believe that if I fail to plan then I am planning to fail. Above all I am confident that I have made the right choice and that I am a suitable candidate for
I like to think I have many strengths. After review of my character/ personality test, I can see what they are. I am a task-oriented leader, which drives me to finish a project. I have a strong individual work ethic, which allows me to be responsible and not rely on others. I am good at building and leading
The strengths I have: being efficient and organize. I have to have everything a particular manner before I write, perform, or do almost any jobs. Occasionally this can cost me lots of time. The weaknesses that I have are a perfectionist and impatient at times. I was used to working at a substantially faster rate than those around me. Sharing information and interacting with others is when I learn best. Understanding my weaknesses assists me to plan methods to conquer them when I am doing tasks and socializing with others. I must be kinder to myself and less strict about matters being merely so. I also need to be more delicate and comprehensible of others who tend not to take up my perfectionist styles. I also should be patient with people who take longer time to work. Since I have got a tendency to delay works when I do not feel like doing anything, I, therefore, need to create a regular schedule with integrated rewards and times for learning and acquiring assignments done.
