UNO’s Pizzeria: the place for the brave guests who are not afraid of the sticky menus and not elegant food The restaurant I'm going to review is a combination of past high ambitions and low effort of the present. I am not asking for shiny menus, but not at least sticky. I understand that when your dinner is around $12-15 the expectations of high-quality food won’t be met. But why not to turn into the place where the reservations will be made in advance and guests will smile and not try to escape from the awful smell? The first UNO’s pizzeria was established in 1943 in Chicago by Ike Sewell. Having “legendary” Chicago Deep Dish Pizza doesn’t make UNO’s a unique place in Boston. Have they cooked that bad since 1943? I hope not. As a guest who is going to dine out in an average restaurant, I am not expecting anything special. However, every restaurant has to be clean and have some kind of service. The food should be tasty and appealing; the menu has to be clean and easy to navigate. The good service doesn't make the food tastier, but it can increase the guest's satisfaction and overall experience at the restaurant. When the atmosphere is good the customer will desire to stay longer. To be honest, I love eating out, trying new dishes and spending time in a good place. The target audience of this restaurant is people who do not expect the culture of food served on the high level. The food here is mediocre so the prices are. UNO’s pizzeria’s main advantage is its location and working hours. The restaurant is located in the Symphony district where there are universities and the famous Boston Symphony Hall. It is never full, so you will definitely find a table here without making a call to make a reservation. Experience in UNO’s won’t make you happier or evoke the positive emotions, so, please, do not overestimate the
