Unit 4 is the last unit for this class and for the last one; we were given the option to present our work to the class instead of writing an essay. We were allowed to choose the topic of our project which allowed the students to work on a subject to their interest. I partnered up with Giovannie (Gio) Legaspi for this project. It took a couple days to find out the topic of our project. We were looking through different commercials to see what they were trying to argue. We were thinking about the pro life and pro choice debate to be our subject but found it difficult so, we eventually decided to do immigration.

If you've never touched a video game controller in your life, but do have avid players in your household, you may be in for a bewildering month. Undertaking the Unit 4 group assignment, a User manual on Recycling, was an interesting activity. My perceptions on group work changed after completing the group assignment. The benefits of group assignments outlined in an array of classes I have taken in the past, I had initially disregarded the correlated limitations. An example of a console is a Ps3. The Ps3 contains a processing cell which is 3.2-GHz PowerPC core which is equipped with a 512 KB of L2 cache. The PowerPC is a powerful processer on its own which could be used to just run a computer. The PowerPC core is a type of microprocessor. The Ps3 contains a vector processor. They are designed to quickly process several pieces of data at one.

Comparing Xbox and PlayStation. Some people say Xbox is a better gaming and media-streaming console, compared to PlayStation will ever be. The war raging for the top spot in gaming is still in play. Sony and Microsoft continue to create new and better ways to game. For example, Microsoft’s Xbox has many attachments.

While the name is obviously something to laugh about, it’s not as funny if you fall for this product. The console didn’t run any PlayStation games; in fact, it didn’t even come with the ability to add any new games!

Sony’s PS3 came out about six years ago. Unfortunately, Microsoft had released the Xbox 360 prior to the release of the PS3. Becoming the trilogy of the Playstation series, the PS3 packs many of the same or similar characteristics as the Playstation 2 (PS2). But it also has its own characteristics which places it on another level. Being a highly priced console (ranging from $400-$600), there is a lot offered from the PS3 console. It includes high-definition graphics (HDTV compatible), a Blu-ray disc hard drive, wireless controllers, Gigabit Ethernet, and a built-in Bluetooth.
