Increasing productivity and sparking motivation in employees, are challenges that managers, businesses, and organizations have struggled with for centuries. An employee’s morale is tied to their work, the more stressed and dissatisfied the employees are the more their work will suffer. A happy employee means more work will be done, working in a happy and safe and secure work environment will make the workers more willing to work harder.
Morale: With employees, more engaged in their work and more pleased with the corporate culture, their morale will naturally be higher. This leads to less time and productivity lost to illness, tardiness, or extended breaks and lunches.
It is also essential for us to find the “appropriate” emotion during work. Although the human service career is rewarding, doesn't mean it's going to be easy. Every day we need to face clients with different issues, and our daily day is highly possible be emotional draining because of struggling individuals. Learning how to control our emotion inside or outside of our workplace is one of the important lesson in our career life. Just as the common cold spreads throughout the office, so can positive intelligence; by starting with one’s self, and think positive, speak positive, and act positive can lead to others becoming happy. Leading by example is the best and fastest way to make changes in those we have influence over and greet everyone when you come in contact with them and remember to say thank you more often.
This summer I began reading a book titled, “Tough Times Never Last, but Tough People do” By Dr. Robert Schuller. In this book he highlighted a concept describing positivity thinking. Positivity thinking is a conscious effort to always choose positivity when neutral or negative thoughts may be easy to settle for. This has help me in building a positive workplace environment. But this environment was established before this summer internship. Josh Whitman, the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics (”DIA”) Director of Athletics, changed the department's atmosphere with a three word hashtag. #WeWillWin. This type of positivity thinking challenges complacency and negativity with hope. With this atmosphere established by the department's head, his subordinates must be able to buy in and promote such way of thinking. Positive and passionate professionals always seem to be on their game. These three things have assisted me in my contribution to this positivity thinking. I will explain in the following paragraphs.
We have selected Huawei Technologies Company Limited for our MIS project. We selected Huawei Technologies Company Limited because this is a Chinese company .At first we selected Citycell (Telecom Operator), but when we visited City cell we learnt that City-cell is now using Huawei product, and Huawei is a Chinese company. We know about the quality of Chinese product. Most of the Chinese product can not make people happy or satisfied. But we found that Huawei now is one of the top positions in the world. This inspired us about the Huawei.

Google Inc. focuses on noble tasks and convince their employees of their significance in bringing changes and peace to the world by organising the world’s information and making life better for individuals and the society(Cook 2012).Hence,it can be observed that through positive psychology,high employee satisfaction and achievement can be gained through self-motivation,self-improvement and self-inspiration by incorporating passion in their work and align them with the organization’s own’s values.This in turns improves the company’s productivity and innovation ability which will then elevate the corporation’s social and economic status.

Attitudes and emotions in the workplace are extremely important because they dictate job performance. The emotions that people go through are something that cannot be avoided; however, they can be manipulated. Managers, leaders, CEO’S of companies learn to do this by experience and training. They manipulate employee’s emotions with the purpose of achieving better performance and satisfy an organization’s goals. Although people have always had different emotions, the notion that managers need to care for employee’s satisfaction and happiness is newly implemented in the workplace. In this paper, I will be explaining the impact of attitudes in the workplace, how mood, emotions, attitudes and behavior affect job performance and I will implement the point of view of the CEO of the Defense Commissary Agency, Mr. Joseph Jeu.
