This is largely due to the boring plot. The antagonists are obvious from the beginning. The boring predictability of the book left almost no room for imagination and the story was so obvious that there was almost no point in finishing it because it was obvious about what was going to occur. Furthermore, there is a love interest that after a while is just thrown is as an afterthought. In other words, it was like he didn’t even exist at one point in the book. Sadly, the characters fall victim to a boring and predictable story. In conclusion, the characters’ personalities are the only aspect that made the book acceptable.

In the book and movie series Harry Potter, the famous boy wizard goes through his many years of schooling at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, making new friends like his best friends, Ron and Hermione, as well as creating enemies like Draco Malfoy. Along with his friends Ron and Hermione, Harry continuously puts an end to the many different forms of the evil Lord Voldemort that tries to attack Harry each year.
