The two priority problems for Mr. George are Hypertension and Diabetes (hyperglycemia). It has been demonstrated that arterial hypertension is major important determinant of heart diseases. The pathogenesis of hypertension is linked with multiple factors that include dietary, genetic, and patterns of lifestyle. The biological factors that determine hypertension include: atherosclerosis, resistance to insulin; hyper-responsiveness towards adrenalin based stimuli and dysfunction of endothelial cells. It was studied that the evidence suggests that decrease in the ratio of prevalence of high blood pressure gives rise to reduced ratio of cardiovascular related mortalities. It can be achieved through intervention with suitable medical therapy (Villalpando et al., 2010).

I usually just eat, watch some Netflix to escape my shame, or go to sleep. I usually don’t talk to anyone because it makes me feel weak and vulnerable. Over the years I have learned to be a little more open and try to remember that I have people are around who care about me and have my back when I encounter these issues.

My goal for this project was to strictly reduce the number of soft drinks I was in-taking. I chose this as my goal because I considered myself to drink too many sodas, even my family members pointed it out. My target behavior was to reduce the consumption of soft drinks each week. I was going to change my diet and I needed the support of my friends and family to successfully reach my goal. I told my friends and family about the upcoming project and asked for their help. My friends and family were very supportive of me during the period of this project. Every time we went out to eat they always reminded me that I set a goal to stop drinking soft drinks. Even if I was just at home and opened the fridge, my siblings or parents would jump right on me about drinking sodas. The biggest suggestion they gave me was that every time I craved soda, to choose an alternative. Through my journey in accomplishing this goal, I expected many changes. The way I felt about my body changed, I experienced less gas, burping, and lost weight.

As for legal issues, the actions are very straightforward – to meet legal requirements. Restructuring our new company may involve variation of terms and conditions of employment for some employees. Studying Biomedical Science recently became something I wanted to do after deciding to change my career path. Becoming a Biosciencest feels more suited to me and what I look for in a job. Fomerly my dream job was to became a midwifey. I done my studies after school in courses that could get my onto my Nursing course.Despite me changing my career path , one thing that have not changed is the fact I want to be able to help within the health sector in peoples time of need and make a postive different . Science has been a intreset of mine especially anotmomy and Biology ,always be intrigued in the way the human functions daily and adapts to the envronment round .

I have always been a keen biologist, wondering what every day functions go on inside our bodies and how complex plants really are compared to the vague primary school teachings we had at an early age. During my biology classes I have been able to do independent research work and improve my practical skills in this area, which will benefit me during a biology course.
