Identify whether or not you think the companies from the job postings you selected in Assignment 1 will satisfy each value. Quote and/or explain the specific evidence you found in your web search that supports your conclusion, and be sure to include why this evidence supports your conclusion. Make sure you cite this evidence properly wherever you use it, to acknowledge where you got the information from. If you really can’t say a clear yes or no, you can say maybe , but you will need to provide more evidence to explain why it might be a yes and why it might be a no. Challenging Maybe Since BMO is in highly competitive market, it is evident that there must be some exciting challenges and difficult tasks as well which would be great for personal development. Job Posting 2: Math - Kofax Deal breaker value Satisfied? Yes or no Evidence (why do you think so?) Don’t forget to cite! 1. Creativity yes As per the job summary , job requires the individuals to work on their self projects and in teams. They also conduct research that involves critical thinking and innovation. 2. Respect yes Since it is a customer oriented company, it works towards in consumer satisfaction and treats their employees as a family which makes it evident that their employees would get respect. 3. Challenging yes The company's aim is to provide the best of all as cited on their website. This results in a special kind of challenges and innovations that the employees as expected to face. Also in their summary, there are many evidences that the job would be exciting and challenging at the same time. 2. Based on the results of the above charts, decide which company/organization (aka job posting) is a better fit with your deal-breaker values. Perhaps one of them satisfies more of your intrinsic values and the other more of your extrinsic values does this factor into your decision?
