2 CONCEPTUAL MODEL ANALYSIS Conceptual Model Related to my MIR Topic 1.0 Description of Conceptual Model Communication experts have noted that it is critical to comprehend a worker's entire emotional spectrum and mental capacity because this will help identify their talents and limitations when carrying out a specific activity (Narayan & Nair, 2021). Narayan & Nair, for instance, seem to illustrate six psychological and emotional hurdles. Other research shows that these obstacles make it difficult for workers to communicate with one another or remain satisfied (Narayan & Nair, 2021). The relationship between these ideas is shown in the conceptual model that follows. Psychological/Emotional Barriers The model breaks down emotional and psychological constraints into six subcategories that are common among dissatisfied workers. a lack of attention , which is displayed when a person becomes distracted with other interests and fails to pay particular focus to what the other people are saying. Multiple individuals tend to draw assessments and make assumptions instead of taking all the details into account (M, 2016). That is typically done by individuals who adopt selective hearing and have done a premature evaluation . The brain only retains knowledge that it believes will be useful in the future; it does not preserve all the information it encounters which leads to poor retention .
