Medical Assisting Program AHLT125 Anatomy & Physiology II Cognitive Objective Assignments In this course, A & P II, you are studying the structure and function of body parts and their relationships, the body as a whole, as well as, the diseases that affect it. The knowledge gained from this course is fundamental to your work as a medical assistant, including but not limited to taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, drawing blood, and patient education. In this assignment, you will complete the following using the knowledge you have learned in class, the textbook, and from your own inquiry. Your grade will be based on three components: Part I: Anatomy & Physiology: Body Systems, Organs, Function, pathology, diseases, treatment and life span. Part II: Nutrition You will complete this project throughout the term. After each body system has been taught, you will complete the corresponding assignment.
